VENDORS YOU CAN TRUST

Reliable vendors are key to a seamless wedding day. We are happy to provide trusted vendor recommendations if needed and will coordinate directly with your vendor team leading into the wedding to ensure everyone is aligned and prepared.

PLANNING & SUPPORT TOOLS

You’ll receive access to our planning portal designed to keep all wedding details organized and accessible in one place.

Includes:

We will also provide a 60-minute final week consultation to review your timeline, confirm logistics, and answer any last-minute questions.

REHEARSAL PREPARATION CALL

To help you feel confident heading into your rehearsal, we will schedule a 60-minute virtual rehearsal preparation call prior to your wedding week.

During this call, we will walk through your ceremony processional and recessional, review timing and layout, and answer any questions so your wedding party feels fully prepared.

WEDDING DAY MANAGEMENT

Our team will provide up to 10 hours of on-site wedding day management to ensure everything is executed seamlessly.

On your wedding day, your Lead Planner will:

• Coordinate vendor arrival, setup, and departure

• Serve as the main point of contact for all vendors

• Execute and manage the wedding day timeline

• Assist with placement of personal décor (guest book, signage, escort cards, etc.)

• Distribute bouquets, boutonnieres, and personal flowers

• Assist with dress bustling, veil placement, and outfit changes

• Welcome and direct guests as needed

• Line up and cue the wedding party for ceremony procession

• Manage ceremony flow and transitions

• Oversee photography timing, dinner service, speeches, dances, cake cutting, and send-off

• Distribute final vendor payments and gratuities provided by the couple

• Troubleshoot and resolve any unexpected issues throughout the event

• Oversee end-of-night décor collection and complete a final venue walkthrough

IMPORTANT NOTES

Assistant
One assistant is included for up to 10 hours. Weddings with extensive décor, guest counts over 125, or multiple setup areas may require additional support.

Timeline
The couple is responsible for creating the initial wedding timeline. We will review it, refine it as needed, and ensure it is fully structured for seamless execution. The couple is also responsible for distributing all final details to their vendor team, with our guidance and support to ensure alignment.

Meetings Included
This package includes three 60-minute consultations total (two during planning and one final review call). All additional details will be collected through questionnaires and planning tools.

Exclusions
This package does not include full-service planning, vendor booking or contract negotiation, RSVP management, extensive floral installation, catering service (including bussing or cake cutting), or additional meetings beyond those listed above.
