This package is for couples who’ve done the hard work and made all the big decisions but want someone they trust to bring it all together on the big day. About six weeks before your wedding, we’ll step in, gather all your details, and make sure everything is set to run smoothly — so you don’t have to lift a finger or answer a single vendor call on your wedding day.
What to Expect
We kick things off with a planning meeting (via Google Meet), where we get to know your wedding, your vibe, and everything you’ve already lined up. We’ll go over the details, offer feedback where needed, and start building your event timeline so you can see how the day will flow.
From there, we become your behind-the-scenes crew — reviewing contracts, confirming logistics, managing your vendors, and making sure nothing is missed. You’ll also get access to our planning portal with tools to help you stay organized (even before we officially take over).

This package is designed for the couple who has meticulously planned every detail of their wedding and is now ready to hand over the reins to a professional to ensure a flawless, stress-free day. Our goal is to allow you to relax, enjoy, and make the most of every moment with your loved ones while we take care of the logistics and details.
LET’S GET TO KNOW EACH OTHER
To begin, we’ll schedule an initial planning meeting via Google Meets. During this meeting, we’ll review your timelines, layouts, and any important details you’ve already arranged. We’ll also go over the specifics of what you’ve planned and ensure that we’re on the same page for the big day.
This conversation will help us gather the essential information we need to ensure everything goes smoothly on the day of the wedding.
COMMUNICATION IS KEY
We believe in transparent, thorough communication with our couples, and we’ll make sure we understand every detail of your wedding day plans. We’ll provide you with helpful templates and questionnaires to ensure we’re clear on your vision and the logistics of your day.
You’ll be able to reach us via email, phone, text, and Google platforms.
We know that questions often come up in the final stages of planning, so you’ll also have 2 hours of consultation time available to you during the planning phase.

Reliable vendors are essential for a smooth and seamless wedding day. We’d be happy to offer a list of our trusted vendor partners to make your planning easier and stress-free. These professionals will help bring your vision to life, and we will work with them directly to ensure everything runs smoothly.
PLANNING AND SUPPORT TOOLS
As part of our service, you'll gain access to our wedding/event planning portal, which includes sleek, professional tools to keep your planning organized. We'll share expert tips to guide you through the final stages and offer ongoing support.
Some of the tools available in the portal include:
Timeline: A detailed timeline for your event.
Floor Plans: Visualize your wedding layout.
Checklists: Stay on track with every task leading up to the wedding day.
Final Week Support: We’ll provide a 60-minute phone consultation the week before the wedding to review the final timeline, address any last-minute changes, and answer any questions.
REHEARSAL AND DAY-OF MANAGEMENT
Rehearsal (30 minutes): The day before your wedding day, we’ll lead a brief ceremony rehearsal to ensure your wedding party is familiar with the walking order and key cues.
Day-of Event Management (10 hours): Our team will follow the day-of timeline, manage all event details, oversee vendor activities, troubleshoot any issues that arise, and ensure everything runs according to plan. Our goal is to let you enjoy the day stress-free!
On the day of the wedding, our Lead Planner will be on-site to:
Vendor Coordination: Oversee vendor arrival, departure, and ensure they adhere to the event schedule.
Personal Decor Setup: Help organize personal decor items (e.g., photos, guest book, escort cards, place cards, etc.).
Floral Bouquet/Boutonniere Distribution: Ensure everything is in place for the ceremony.
Dress Assistance: Assist with bustling your dress, outfit changes, and veil removal.
Guest Assistance: Greet guests and direct them to seating arrangements.
Ceremony Direction: Line up the wedding party and cue the processional and recessional.
Room Flip Assistance: If applicable, assist with room transitions between the ceremony and reception.
Timeline Coordination: Ensure the schedule for photography, dinner, first dances, toasts, cake cutting, and send-off is followed.
Bride and Groom Send-off: Ensure a smooth exit at the end of the night.
Distribute Final Vendor Payments/Gratuities: Handle vendor payments and tips as needed.
Problem-Solving: Address any challenges or issues with vendors, family, or friends.
Reception Breakdown: Supervise the breakdown of the event and perform a final walk-through to ensure everything is taken care of.
IMPORTANT NOTES
Assistant: One assistant will be provided for 10 hours (additional assistant required for large amounts of DIY or a larger guest count over 125)
Room Flip & Clean-up: While we will assist your friends and family with the room flip and clean-up plans provided, we will not direct or execute these tasks ourselves.
Additional Meetings: This package includes only 3 60-minute phone meeting. 2 during the planning phase and 1 the week before the wedding. The couple is expected to send all necessary details to the coordinator via the provided questionnaire.
Timeline Creation: The couple is responsible for creating their own timeline. We’ll work with the timeline you’ve created to ensure it’s executed perfectly on the day of the event.
Exclusions: This package does not include bussing of dinner tables, assisting with cake cutting, directing a rehearsal the night before, or any additional planning meetings outside of the 2 60-minute consultation.
